Securitize Brings 12 U.S. Stocks to Solana With 1:1 Backing and U.S. Investor Access
Key Takeaways:
- Securitize has added 12 U.S. stock tokens to Solana, such as Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, Microsoft and Amazon.
- The backing shares are not loaned out, and each token is backed 1:1 by an underlying share, Securitize states.
- After trading, eligible U.S. investors can trade and hold tokens in supported Solana wallets, while the trading activity will take place in USDC.
Securitize is making tokenized equities a major force in the U.S. market, listing 12 prominent stocks in the U.S. on Solana for stock market accredited investors.
The offering is designed to utilize blockchain settlement and include security rights based on real underlying shares instead of synthetic levels of price exposure.

12 Tokenized Stocks Go Live on Solana
Securitize’s initial lineup includes Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Alphabet, Tesla, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Circle, SpaceX, Strategy and Palantir. The company first announced the group on Oct. 8, and they’ve been touting their availability via Securitize Stocks.
Apple, Nvidia, Tesla and nine more of the most widely held U.S. stocks are live on Securitize Stocks, each backed 1:1 by an underlying share, never lent out.
Eligible investors in the U.S., the EU and other permitted jurisdictions can trade them on @solana.

Products will trade on Solana and via Securitize’s regulated broker-dealer platform. The trading platform will be executed using USDC and the prospective token holders will be able to store the tokens in authorized Solana wallets. Trading is now in effect outside of typical U.S. hours. Securitize states that it is available 24/5, and trading will be available 24/7 later.

Tokens Carry Security Entitlements, Not Just Price Exposure
The ownership model is a key distinction. Each individual Securitize Stock has an underlying share in the company’s regulated structure that is adequately backed one-for-one. Investors are entitled to security interests which include the applicable economic rights over the securities, such as dividends and voting rights if provided under the underlying share class.
Securitize also claims that never are any of these shares lent out. Holders are not automatically enrolled on a register of shareholders of the issuer, however. If any such conversion is available, then it will be a direct register.
The building blocks of that structure distinguish it from a situation where tokens would track the price of a stock via a derivation or synthetic exposure.
U.S. Investors Gain Regulated Onchain Stock Access
Securitize Stocks is available to eligible investors in the United States, European Union and certain other eligible jurisdictions, subject to securities rules and other requirements for eligibility including verification of identity.
Those products are being offered in the U.S. by an SEC Registered Broker Dealer called Securitize Markets, LLC. The tokenized versions of the said companies’ shares are not sponsored or endorsed by the underlying companies. Liquid launch is expected to be with Securitize’s Solana based PropAMM, supported by Jump Trading as a market maker.
Solana Expands Its Tokenized Equity Footprint
In the meantime, Securitize has launched its inaugural equity offering, further integrating an existing booming tokenization ecosystem on Solana.
The network has already towed over 200 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs via Ondo Global Markets, and approximately 1 million tokenized-stock holder wallets accumulated in Solana in September 2026.
Securitize is going it another way, however, building real-share backing, security entitlements and U.S. investor eligibility. It will also include some potential future integrations with lending and collateral markets like Aave, depending on product development and/or regulatory requirements.
