Coming Soon: SUSDT Perpetual Swap Listing with Up to 20x Leverage
On 22 January at 04:00 UTC, a new perpetual contract listing – SUSDT – featuring S, the Sonic network token – will be available to trade on BitMEX, with up to 20x leverage.
Trading for SUSDT will start at 04:00 UTC on 22 January 2025. You will be able to trade the new contract here.
This listing comes as part of the transition of BitMEX’s support of the Fantom to Sonic migration. Users who have yet to withdraw their FTM (ERC-20) tokens on BitMEX are strongly encouraged to do so as soon as possible. SUSDT is a linear perpetual swap, margined in USDT. This allows users to gain exposure to the price of the S token and trade it with leverage, without needing to have any S holdings.

*Due to insufficient liquidity and volume on the S token, we have reduced the max leverage and risk limits of SUSDT. BitMEX will review contract specifications and adjust SUSDT to match the previously listed FTMUSD contract once market conditions improve.
